Cold smoking is not as difficult as you think with this Fire & Smoke Cold Smoke Generator. Fill the generator with Fire & Smoke smoke meal and light it with a tea light. When the smoke flour starts to smolder you can remove the tea light and you are ready to smoke salmon, meat, cheese, sausage etc cold for up to 12 hours! You can use this generator in your BBQ if it has a lid, or of course in your smokebox.
