Antique Meat Grinder?

Give your meat grinder a second round ...

We have all (yes, really all!) Parts to give your antique meat grinder a second round!

Look in the attic, market place or in the local thrift store and make your own minced meat, sausage, burgers and more. Almost all antique mills run on the Enterprise system.

This is also a handy tool, because for example Porkert, Alexanderwerk, and Jupiter use these measures. The Enterprise number of your mill is often cast in the neck, engraved on the back of the plate or on the knife.

The sizes of the Enterprise system:

Mes Enterprise:Boring worm:
Mes Enterprise 5Square bore worm 8.8 mm
Mes Enterprise 7Square bore worm 9.2 mm
Mes Enterprise 8Square bore worm 10.4 mm
Mes Enterprise 10/12Square bore worm 11.7 mm
Mes Enterprise 22Square bore worm 13.6 mm
Mes Enterprise 32Square bore worm 15.1 mm

Plate Enterprise:Diameter plate:Boring worm:
Plate Enterprise 553mm round8.3 mm
Plate Enterprise 862mm round9.7 mm
Plate Enterprise 10/1270 mm round10 mm
Plate Enterprise 2283mm round11.5 mm
Plate Enterprise 32100 mm round13.5 mm

Give your antique meat grinder a big brush with hot water and a little soap. Then dry it well, give it a thin layer of sunflower oil. Then put in a new knife and a new plate, and you're done! You are now ready to make your own minced meat, sausage, burgers and more!

Among other things, these mills work with the Enterprise system:

  • Porkert
  • Alexander Work
  • Husqvarna
  • Bolinder
  • Alpha
  • Jupiter
  • Reliance
  • Moravia
  • Titan
  • SwM
  • Sphinx
  • Westmark (note: sometimes a slight deviation)
