Our starting point is that you, as a customer, must have fun receiving your package. We believe it is important to deliver well and quickly. Of course, something can always happen with the package and / or delivery, resulting in minor damage or delays beyond our fault. However, we always try to limit this and resolve it properly.

Package or Product Returns.
Are you not satisfied with your product? Or is it damaged? That is annoying. And we are going to do something about it, we promise! Do not use the product in such a way that it leaves traces of use or can cause hygiene problems. Returning visibly used products is by definition not possible.

Who pays the shipping costs?

We will pay the shipping costs of your return if any of the items below apply to your order:

  • If you received a product that you did not order
  • If you receive a defective product, and report it within the trial period
  • If you have ordered a product from us, based on incorrect product information on our website

You must pay the return shipping costs yourself if any of the items below apply to your order:

  • If you report a defect outside the trial period
  • If you are not satisfied with a product
  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong product

The amount depends on the weight and size of the shipment. The basic amount for returning a package via PostNL is €6.95. If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the costs of return shipment. We recommend that you always send a return with track & trace or registered mail. If your package is lost by the carrier during the shipping process, we are not liable!
