On just 1.5 hectares in the middle of the village, they produce an abundance of delicacies: fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, juice, fermented drinks and preserving. They keep pigs for ham, sausage, salami and bacon; a mixed bird population provides both eggs and meat, while the bees care for the honey.
