BBQNovation Aluminum Cast Rotisserie Ring TBV Kamado Large
This BBQNOVATION rotisserie ring will turn your Kamado BBQ Large into an even more versatile appliance.
The rotisserie is made of cast aluminum and therefore consists of 1 piece. The advantage is that the fit never deviates and no gaps can arise. Also, the ring is much lighter and therefore easier to handle because it is made of aluminum.
We specifically chose not to include a handle in the design of this ring because that would have created an extra opening in the ring where valuable heat would be lost and would make keeping your Kamado at the right temperature considerably more difficult.
As the meat rotates, the meat juices that are released make your piece of meat or fish even tastier and give it a crispy crust. Self braising as the English say so nicely. You can cook up to 15kg of meat on the rotisserie.
