In the first part of the book, the basic principles of BBQ and smoking are discussed. Followed by recipes that are typical of American BBQ'ing. Mainly typical BBQ recipes, but also some further classics such as stews, sandwiches and fast food favorites that can be prepared on the BBQ or in the smoker BBQ. The recipes are suitable for beginners and advanced. The different sauces and rubs can be combined well, making variations with the recipes possible and extensive. The recipes and ingredients are clearly described and the book contains beautiful clear photos.
