The Windmill Poffertjespan
Dutch Mini Pancakes. Very Dutch and so delicious! Those nice, soft round pancakes made from wheat flour and buckwheat flour. A knob of butter in the middle and richly sprinkled with powdered sugar ... Are you already trying them? We always ate them after an afternoon on the ice on our Friesian runners.
But now also, our children love it and not only in the winter! They are so easy to make on our cast-iron pancake pans and come nicely golden brown and evenly cooked. And we ourselves? We prick a fork like that too ;-)
