Tasmania Nigerian Mangrove Restaurant Charcoal 10 kg
This charcoal is made from Nigerian mangrove hardwood and is ideally suited for use on your Kamado / BGE. Tasmania has specially selected this charcoal for large-scale cooking. Low & Slow goes perfectly on this charcoal in particular, which means that the burn time is very long due to the nice large chunks. This charcoal may crackle a little now and then, but for use on the kamado this need not be a problem.
