AllBrine Ready Mushroom & Garlic combines particularly well with barbecued chicken and turkey. Even the breast fillets are deliciously tender and juicy due to the brine. Be sure to try this injectable brine with a nice piece of grilled or roast pork.
More tenderness and taste
Brining promotes the taste of meat, fish or poultry and makes it particularly tender and juicy. In AllBrine Ready is brine with water and tasty flavors, making it injectable. This way you create taste and tenderness from the inside.
Use:
- Attach the needle to the injector and shake the AllBrine Ready before use
- Pour the desired portion of brine into a bowl or cup to avoid cross-contamination
(Use 10% -20% of the weight of the meat. So eg 500 ml is sufficient for 2.5-5 kg of meat.) - Fill the injector by putting the needle in the liquid and pulling the stamper up
- Insert the needle into the meat and inject while pulling the needle back slowly
- Repeat every 2 centimeters in different directions so that the brine is well distributed
(Overdosing is almost impossible, what you inject too much may run out of the meat.) - Keep the remaining AllBrine Ready refrigerated
- Barbecue, grill, smoke, fry or roast the meat and enjoy!
