How to use? Add about 45 grams of marinade per 500ml of water. This amount is suitable for approximately 6.5 kg of meat. Marinate or inject your meat at least 30 minutes in advance.
Ingredients: salt, dextrose, maltodextrin, yeast extract, sodium phosphate, natural flavors, xanthan gum, dehydrated garlic, spices, soybean oil, modified starch, beef fat, palm oil and no more than 2% calcium silicate (to prevent lumping).
