A great Pork Rub, wonderfully sweet, deliciously spicy and with a little kick of Cayenne. The Vuur&Rook favorite and a must-have for every self-respecting pitmaster or miss. Perfect for masterful Ribs and awesome Pulled Pork, but also on Drunken Chicken or chicken thighs. We call this Franky's Pork Prank, but actually this is a real all-rounder - all purpose. We even use it on salmon.
