From now on you can make this (even easier) yourself in your Big Green Egg using the Rotisserie, a great addition to your Big Green Egg. The possibilities are endless. Released fat and/or juices continuously seep over your ingredient, which provides even more flavour. You can use the Rotisserie with or without the convEGGtor, depending on what you are putting on the spit and the temperature of the EGG.
You place the spit ring on the ceramic base and the spit in the ring. You then close the lid of the EGG so that you can perfectly control the temperature of the EGG as always and you combine the advantages of the EGG and the spit. The airflow in the EGG, the reflection of the heat by the ceramic and the rotation of the spit ensure an incredibly beautiful cooking. The spit ring is made of coated steel and the spit and the accompanying spit forks are made of stainless steel. The spit is powered by a quiet, but powerful 220-240 volt motor that ensures a very smooth rotation.
