This bread knife has a characteristic Hochschliff, where the teeth are deeper and the knife not only comes razor-sharp, but stays sharp for a long time. You could, if you wanted, cut down a tree with it. This knife is right-handed, we have the option of ordering a left-handed bread knife from another line, if you like.
