Pitmaster Oak Birch Hornbeam is a mix of different European woods, oak, birch and hornbeam. This is composed of larger charcoal chunks with a high carbon content.
The charcoal is very suitable for the use of a closed barbecue such as a kamado. Due to the large charcoal sorting, the airflow in the barbecue can be easily regulated and the temperature can be easily changed. But the charcoal can also be used well in an open grill because you can easily reach high temperatures.
