Van Beekum Knakworst / Cooked Sausage Mix 160 grams

At Van Beekum we love herbs, spices and the craft of making our own sausage. This way you can easily make your own frankfurter sausage with the right ingredients. Our frankfurter herbs have been specially developed for making your own frankfurter.

Ingredients:

Starch (potato), herbs and spices (coriander, pepper, nutmeg, mace, cardamom, ginger), dextrose, stock (salt, maltodextrin (corn), hydrolyzed soy protein, corn starch, flavor enhancer (E627, E631), yeast extract, sugar, onion powder, food acid (lactic acid)), emulsifier (E450), acidity regulator (E575), isolated soy protein (contains sulphite ), natural flavouring, antioxidant (E301, E300).

Use: 60 grams per kilogram of this mix + 15 grams of Nitrite salt 0.6%.
