Cast iron grate
The advantage of this grill is a thick cast iron grill that distributes and retains the heat evenly and gives the food perfect grill marks. The cooking surface is enough for 5 ribs, 24 burgers and much more, and thanks to the second grill level you have even more space to to heat or smoke your products.
When you're done cooking, you can easily remove the ashes with the double bottom of the grill.

Quality
The body of the grill is made of solid steel, which is thicker than other similar grills.
This grill also has a second slide-out base that further protects the body from the heat and makes removing ash extremely easy.

Comfort
For your convenience, there is a side shelf that acts as a handle when you want to transport the grill. You can hang your favorite grilling tools on the handy hooks on the shelf. The front shelf is handy for storing things like sauce for icing or a plate for stack food.

Versatility
Smoked chicken or salmon? With this grill you can smoke as well as roast. Two valves help you set the right temperature and a thermometer in the lid helps you keep an eye on the temperature. The grill can also be used on wood, which gives you a wonderful smoky smell. The Char-Griller Fire Box can be fitted with a Char-Griller Fire Box Side Fire Box (sold separately) to turn it into a Texas style barbecue smoker. This allows you to control the smoking temperature even more precisely and gives your food an unmistakable American barbecue taste!
