Borniak Digital Smoker Stainless Steel BBDS-150
The smoker BBDS-150 is a large-capacity smoker that reaches a maximum temperature of up to 150 degrees. With this smoker you can smoke up to 20 kg of meat, fish, poultry or fruits and vegetables. The entire smoking process is automatic. The temperature is controlled by a digital control panel designed specifically for Borniak smokers. The digital unit has an advanced system and automatically adjusts the temperature.
The housing is made of aluzinc plates which can withstand adverse weather conditions. Polyurethane foam ensures good insulation of the smoker and guarantees the right smoking temperature. The temperature is controlled by a 1515 watt heating element, which is monitored by a digital thermostat.
The smoker is equipped with a closed door, an air damper that regulates air flow and an ash tray. The base of the machine is, of course, the smoke generator - the guarantee of successful smoking. The inside of the oven is made of stainless steel which is easy to clean.
