This rub was previously known as 'This is It'. A real all-rounder that is not limited to meat and poultry only. Although the rub was not originally developed for this purpose, it appears to complement potatoes and vegetables extremely well. Season it all is therefore the appropriate name for it. Also gives a very nice 'mahogany' color to your meat during low & slow sessions.
