Bone Suckin Award Winning Spare Ribs Deal!

Because let's face it, everyone knows a joint where they have eaten the very best ribs ever... well prepare your neighbours because you are going to steal the show at every party with these award winning, bone sucking ribs!!!
Consisting of:
- Vuur&Rook Ri Ra Rib Rub 200 grams
- Vuur&Rook Rib Rack XXL
- Vuur&Rook Hot&Fast Apple Chips 1,5 kg
- Budget Marinade Injector with stainless steel needle
- The Rose Garden Roses Are Red BBQ Sauce 500 ml
Ingredients:
- Spare ribs
- Fire & Smoke Ri Ra Rib Rub
- The Rose Garden Roses Are Red
- Butterscotch
- Apple juice
- Agave syrup
- Brown caster sugar
Necessities:
- Meat Injector
- Silicone Glaze Brush
- Aluminium foil
Step 1: Remove the gut from the spare ribs
Step 2: Place the spare ribs in the Vuur&Rook Ri Ra Rib Rub and let the rub soak in for 12 hours
Step 3: Inject the ribs between each rib bone with the apple juice.
Step 4: Go, Go, Go, fire up the Q! Prepare your BBQ for indirect cooking (110°C), and add 2 handfuls of Apple Chips.
Step 5: Place the ribs in the rib rack and place on your BBQ for about 3 hours.
Step 6: Wrap your spare ribs, in the aluminium foil with a dash of apple juice, squeeze of cream butter, agave syrup and a tablespoon of brown sugar.
Step 7: Put the ribs back on your BBQ for about 2 hours
Step 8: Unwrap your ribs (carefully as they are now fragile) and generously smear them with The Rose Garden Roses Are Red
Step 9: Put your ribs back (convex) for about 15 minutes.
