In collaboration with Van Beekum Spices, we have been able to launch our own line of different rubs on the market. As the name suggests, the Ri Ra Rib Rub works best on spareribs.
Everybody loves a good low and slow smoked slap of ribs…!! We have put together this rub together with our friends from “van Beekum” especially for ribs, belly or baby back.
Nice and high in flavor and the perfect base for finishing with a sweet, syrupy, brown BBQ sauce.
And if we can give you another tip... get some nice extra thick chops and put them in the Ri Ra Rib Rub, cook them slowly to a 60c core and then grill them hard on your cast iron grill!
