A very nice sturdy barbecue book with 70 barbecue recipes including beer advice. The book consists largely of meat recipes, but it also contains beautiful fish recipes, vegetarian and sweet recipes. Recipes that are easy to make and that do not require hours of preparation. Guido Schemelich is a big fan of barbecuing, but then relaxing and spontaneous. In addition to the recipes, attention has also been paid to the basic information for barbecuing.
Think of the type of barbecue and handy tools. The beer recommendation consists of an informative text about specialty beer followed by an overview of the different styles of beer. This is reflected in the top left corner of every recipe as an advice: which type of beer fits best with the recipe in question. If someone would rather not drink beer, the recipes can still be prepared. In addition to the delicious recipes, the book also has beautiful photos of the dishes. Just browsing through the book already ensures healthy barbecue traits!
