Van Beekum Beef Sausage Mix 160 grams
With this complete ox sausage seasoning you can make the tastiest ox sausage yourself. We have kept this recipe in our family for over 60 years. The ox sausage herbs are even prize-winning at butchers' competitions. Make your own sausage with our spicy mix.
Ingredients:
Dextrose, herbs and spices (pepper, chillies, mace, coriander, nutmeg, caraway seeds, cardamom), dried glucose syrup, antioxidant (E301), acidity regulator (E575), natural flavouring, salt.
Use: 20 grams per kilogram + 25 grams of nitrite salt 0.6%.
