Van Beekum Spray Brine Mix 200 grams

Pickling salt gives your dishes a special taste experience. Our pickling salt color mix contains nitrite salt, sugar and more than 16 types of herbs and vegetables for the best taste. Did you know that nitrite salt ensures that meat retains its beautiful red or pink color?

Do you want to brine your meat, fish or poultry for a few hours for more flavor with the aim of making it juicier? Then our all-use pickling salt is sufficient. If you are working with bacon, ham or beef, we advise you to use this pickling salt color. This salt mix is suitable for several days. This variant of brine salt is not suitable for fish. View our selection of brine mixes here.
