Valhal Outdoor Cover for Skillet Steel

Cast iron is a material that retains heat very well and can therefore become very hot. Valhal Outdoor has developed the VH.SLEEVE to make it easier to cook with your cast iron skillets with a handle, without compromising the tough character. A real leather cover for the handle of your skillet. It fits around Valhal Outdoor's skillets with handle, but actually any skillet handle with comparable dimensions.

Simply slide the VH.SLEEVE over the handle of your pan after cooking, so that you can easily move it. Although it is not the intention to leave the sleeve in place while cooking with or in high temperatures, you can leave it in place during storage. There is a hole in the VH.SLEEVE so you can still hang your skillet easily and not lose your sleeve! Because the VH.SLEEVE is made of real leather, you can take care of it by greasing it every now and then. For example, you can use the VH.WAX for this. The color of the VH.SLEEVE will become slightly darker through use and greasing, but this, as with all leather products, only gives it more character.
