Pie Iron: Soft ham, creamy cheese, white bread… Sandwich! Usually on Friday afternoon with us at the Windmill headquarters. As soon as the clock jumps to half past one, we are ready in the kitchen. And it's not just ham and cheese, we're experimenting! Pineapple, chorizo, pesto, gorgonzola, leek, brie, onion, tomato…everything passes the knife.
Previously, all sandwiches went in a sandwich maker. We do that differently now! Our fire king Jacco first ensures that a nice fire is burning.
