Southern Dutch Season it All 100 grams
This rub was previously also known as 'This is It'. A real all-rounder who is not just limited to meat and poultry. Although the rub was not originally developed for this purpose, it appears to complement potatoes and vegetables extremely well. Season it all is the appropriate name for it. Also gives a very nice 'mahogany' color to your meat during low & slow sessions.
In 2023, this rub participated in the American Royal - World Series of Barbecue Rub Contest. This is the most prestigious competition in rub judging. This rub received a 'perfect' score, which means that the jury gave the maximum points. Only 4 of the 333 rubs submitted received this score. It is therefore not surprising that this rub has won 'silver' with a 2nd prize, but has also become the best European rub!
