Robert Herder Office Knife 'Jeroen Hazebroek' 18,5cm
Slightly different from the original paring knife, the Jeroen Hazebroek Office knife is. A slightly different shape of blade was chosen, making the knife useful for many more kitchen tasks than just peeling. The sharp point in the middle makes this knife well suited for small work with meat and fish, but also excellent for removing pits and spots in fruits and vegetables.
