Meet the Dutch Smoker from Prins, a compact offset smoker specially developed for the Dutch backyard. With this Dutch Smoker you will experience the unique atmosphere of authentic American barbecue, right at home!

Prepare dishes over wood-fired fire and create a unique smoky flavor that you do not experience with a traditional barbecue. By using 6mm thick steel, the Dutch Smoker can withstand a bit of wind and will last for generations.

Schedules
The smoker contains two removable grilles, so you can clean them properly. Both a bottom and top grille are supplied as standard. Bottom grille approx. 635x490 mm top grille 635x400 mm. The racks are large enough to accommodate 10 spare ribs or a nice large brisket.

Thermometer
The smoker is equipped with a specially developed tel-tru thermometer that can be recalibrated. Tel-Tru thermometers are very accurate and can measure temperatures within a very small tolerance. This makes the thermometer ideal for proper and consistent preparation of your dishes.

Wheels
The four industrial rubber wheels with aluminum rim under the smoker ensure that you can easily move it on a paved surface.

Inside
The smoker has been developed so that you can keep your dishes moist. In the cooking chamber you will find a steel plate with room for a water pan. This ensures that your dishes dry out less quickly. A smoke collector is attached to the end of the smoker for perfect air flow. This ensures even cooking of your dishes.

Chimney
The smoker's chimney has been developed so that it can properly regulate the air flow. The shut-off valve on top makes this possible. The chimney is also collapsible. This makes it easier to transport the smoker or place it in a shed.

Plancha in firebox
The smoker comes standard with an extra plancha. The plancha is a baking tray that is located above the firebox. With this plancha you can expand your Low & Slow skills on the smoker with Hot & Fast. Handy if you want to prepare ribs or brisket at the same time as a steak. This makes the smoker very versatile!
