The unique design of the OFYR Island not only provides a show cooking effect, but is also very functional. The conical fire bowl has a wide, flat edge that functions as a baking tray / plancha. The heat radiates smoothly from the center, so that the hob has multiple cooking temperatures. Whether you bake eggs, cook vegetables slowly or grill a tender steak, cooking at the OFYR is a party!

The 12 millimeter thick baking tray is available with a diameter of 100 or 85 cm. The plate is heated to around 300˚C via the wood fire in the fire bowl (coal is also possible but is less fun because it does not burn). Coat the plate with oil and bake. The cooking surface is very large: the plate with a diameter of 100 cm can easily cook for 50 people.

Easy to use and easy to clean

Unlike other outdoor cooking appliances, the OFYR is very easy to clean and virtually maintenance free. Food scraps and excess oil end up directly in the fire. The baking tray is very easy to clean with a spatula because all the dirt can be pushed into the fire. Then wipe it off with a damp cloth and your OFYR is ready for use again.

Thanks to the three-part modular design, the OFYR can easily be moved. The baking tray, fire bowl and workbench with timber storage can easily be lifted and moved separately. There is a 2 cm hole in the cone through which the rainwater runs away.

The OFYR Island is available in various versions

The cutting board is available in three different versions of the OFYR Island Black 85-100. You have a choice of wood (rubberwood) and two colors of ceramic (light gray and dark gray). The wooden cutting board must be stored indoors after use. The ceramic cutting boards, on the other hand, can simply be left outside on the OFYR Island workbench. Above you can easily indicate where you prefer.

You also have a choice with regard to the cone of the OFYR Island. This is namely available in two different sizes: A fire bowl with a diameter of 85 cm or 100 cm.
