The lid
With its high lid, the NK 18 also makes it easy to prepare larger items for grilling.
You always have the choice between direct and indirect grilling. Thanks to the thermometer integrated into the lid, you can always control the internal temperatures, even when it is closed. You are therefore able to optimally reach the boiling point without interrupting the cooking process by lifting the lid. In this way, smoked aromas are also particularly effective. And thanks to the hook on the inside you can always hang the lid to save space. In addition, the lid can be opened and closed safely thanks to the insulated handle.
The bottom
With two air control sliders you can control the air supply. So you can not only accelerate or slow down the carbonization of coal; You can also regulate the temperature in this way. Especially useful if the visit lasts a few minutes longer or if you need spicy heat to scorch. The ash container is also on the bottom. This can be pushed sideways, making it quick and easy to clean.
Mobile and stable
The grill always has a stable and safe stand on its four legs. Yet it offers you maximum mobility. This is ensured by the rubber wheels, making the NK 18 always movable. So you can respond to the beginning of the rain or change position when the wind is turning.
The grill grid is made of high quality stainless steel.
