The TREK is the smallest model of Green Mountain Grills. Also equipped with Wi-Fi control! Instant grilling possible temperature up to 290 degrees!This small all-rounder works on 12 V. The BBQ comes standard with an inverted 220v / 12V, extension cable with cigarette plug plug and crocodile clips for use on a separate 12V battery. This way you can enjoy delicious BBQ anytime and anywhere!
The Davy Crockett WiFi model comes with a digital WiFi controller (control and monitor via our mobile application for iOS or Android), a meat thermometer, a folding frame, a folding side table with tool hooks and a venturi-style burner for cyclone combustion. It also has Sense-Mate, a thermal sensor that constantly monitors the ambient temperature. When the weather gets colder, the sensor activates and puts the grill in turbo mode, so you don't have to wait long for the grill to heat up!
Other functions include a fan that creates overpressure in the pellet hopper and therefore prevents backburning in the feed tube. Fan mode blows ash out of the fire after you have finished grilling. The grill room has a grill grid of 30 x 44 cm, approximately 1400 cm² cooking surface, and 20 cm free height. It weighs 34 kg.
Functionality:
A motor turns the auger, which then feeds the hardwood pellets into the burner. A glow pen automatically ignites the pellets there, and a combustion fan under the burner ensures that they remain lit. Ventilation openings vertically along the inside of the burner create a round airflow.
A fan in the pellet hopper ensures a positive pressure that prevents burn-back in the supply pipe. When these two air flows meet, they create the ultimate wood-burning fire and spread the aroma of the pure smoke taste of hardwood.
