Our Golden Jerk rub is a delicious Caribbean spice mix, inspired by the authentic Jamaican Jerk. The fantastic combination of allspice, ginger, cinnamon and cayenne, among other things, makes this a super tasty and spicy rub that makes you feel like you're in the tropics! Authentic Jamaican Jerk is made with chicken or pork, but nowadays it is also made with fish, beef and even goat.
