The VH.WOK36 is a cast iron wok with a diameter of 36cm, which fits in the new line of products from Valhal Outdoor. Cast iron is a material that conducts and retains heat well, and cast iron is also suitable for any heat source. Because of its size, it fits perfectly on the large kamado bbq models and because of the unique cooking properties of cast iron, you can make perfect wok dishes in this wok.
The wok from Valhal Outdoor are already pre-treated with a natural oil, so you no longer have to do this yourself before the first use. However, we do recommend that you heat the wok well before using it for the first time. When you take good care of your wok, you have a pan for life.
