This classic Thai Sweet Chilli recipe starts with an authentic puree of red chilli, a touch of garlic, a little sugar and a dash of lime to create our delicious sweet, tangy and spicy sauce.
Perfect for dipping and cooking. Our label features the famous Thai lotus leaf - a traditional Thai symbol of peace and harmony.
Ingredients: Water, sugar syrup, chilli puree (15%) (chillies (73%), water, salt, acid: acetic acid), sugar, salt, lime juice concentrate, garlic, stabiliser: xanthan gum, vinegar, colouring agent : Paprika extract, Preservative: Potassium sorbate, Acid: Citric acid.
