Encona Mexican Smoked Chilli Jam 285 ml
Encona Mexican Smoked Chilli Jam takes you all the way to Mexico to the ancient Aztecs who cooked chillies on an open fire, finely pounded with spices and sugar. It is a mild and sweet sauce. Try it as a dipping sauce too.
Ingredients: Partially inverted sugar syrup, water, distilled vinegar, dried red chillies (3.5%), ancho chilli rub (2%) (brown sugar, salt, caster sugar, paprika, ancho chilli powder, smoked paprika, coriander seed, cumin seed, black pepper), tomato paste, chipotle chilli powder, salt, stabiliser (Xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate), modified maize starch (E1422).
