Captain's Luck Chimichurri 110 grams
While plundering a ship off the coast of Argentina, the captain found a treasure far greater than gold. The ship was loaded with barrels of sauce that the locals valued more than the wealth of the kings. This sauce later became known as Chimichurri.
Shake before use. Mix 1 part Chimichurri with 1 part citrus juice or vinegar of your choice and fill with 2/4 parts oil. Let it steep for at least 1 hour, use as a marinade or as a cold sauce with meat, chicken and fish. The sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Parsley, jalapeño, sea salt, vegetables (garlic), oregano.
