Borniak Digital Smoker with Timer UWDT-150
The UWDT-150 smoker is actually the perfect medium-sized smoker. This smoker has a generous capacity that reaches a maximum temperature of up to 120 degrees Celsius. In fact, with this smoker you can smoke up to 20 kg of meat, fish, poultry or vegetables and fruits. The advantage of the UWD 150 smoker is that the temperature of the smoker is visible on the control panel on the side of the oven.
The housing is made of aluzinc plates. This material can withstand adverse weather conditions. Polyurethane foam on the inside provides good insulation for the smoker and guarantees the right smoking temperature. As a result, the smoker works very efficiently and energy-saving.
The smoker is equipped with a closed door, an air damper that controls the air flow and an ash drawer. The heart of the machine is, of course, the smoke generator - the guarantee of successful smoking.
