Borniak Digital Smoker UWD-70
The UWD 70 Smoker is an inexpensive smoker with a smaller capacity that reaches a maximum temperature of 120 degrees. This smoker can smoke up to 10 kg of meat, fish, poultry or fruits and vegetables. It is a great classic smoker for novice smokers. You don't need to know much about smoking to use the smoker. The whole smoking process is automatic. The smoker does the work! The advantage of the UWD-70 smoker is that the temperature of the smoker is visible on the control panel on the side of the oven.
With the UWD 70, the temperature is controlled by a digital control panel designed specifically for Borniak smokers. The UWD-70 smoker has an advanced system equipped with a technological temperature sensor PT1000. The digital control panel adjusts the temperature automatically.
The housing is made of aluzinc plates. This material can withstand adverse weather conditions. Polyurethane foam on the inside provides good insulation of the smoker and guarantees the correct smoking temperature. The temperature is controlled by a 500-watt heating element whose operation is controlled by a thermostat.
The smoker is equipped with a closed door, an air damper that controls the air flow and an ash tray. The heart of the machine is, of course, the smoke generator - the guarantee of successful smoking.
