Ireland is not only known for its Whiskey and great meat, but also its delicious Stout Beer. Together with the Dungarvan Brewing Company, Ballymaloe has developed an unforgettable Stout Steak Sauce. Full of flavor that goes wonderfully with a steak or a Beef Burger. The Ballymaloe steak sauce is made from slow-cooked tomatoes, tarragon and, of course, the Irish Stout. This creates a thick, slightly sweet sauce. Delicious on burgers, hot dogs, steaks and with the BBQ!
