The Montreal Steak & Burger Seasoning is a real rub for thick steaks. Also ideal as a seasoning mixture for making (smash) citizens in a Sizzzling hot skillet.
For the perfect burger, add the herbs (3%) to the beef mince.
This rub has slight notes of dill and garlic, but also oregano, coriander and caraway seed!
