The Montreal Steak & Burger Seasoning is a real rub for thick steaks. Also ideal as a spice mixture for making (smash) burgers in a Sizzzling hot skillet.
For the perfect burger, add the herbs (3%) to the minced beef. This rub has light notes of dill and garlic, but also oregano, coriander and caraway seeds!
