Wicked Que Pork & Brisket Brine 8oz
For brisket: mix 3 teaspoons injection, 1 teaspoon Brisket rub (through the coffee grinder), 1/2 teaspoon beef paste with 16 oz / 453 grams of water. Heat on the stove to dissolve.
For pork do the same as above, but use 1 teaspoon of Classic BBQ Blend and no beef paste. Cool till ready for the competition.
Ingredients: hydrolyzed soy protein [SOJA], sodium phosphate, monosodium glutamate, torula yeast, disodium triuminosinate and disodium guanylate, xanthan gum, less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
