Very solid Smoker with closed combustion chamber for approx. 20 fish. Between the combustion chamber and the smoke chamber is a perforated dividing plate, so you can also use this smoker to fire and smoke with wood only!
The oven can be used for fish, meat or sausages hanging from hooks and offers 5 different smoking levels. You can additionally equip the oven with an electric heating element or a gas burner.
The smoker has a stable lock with key (child safety!). Extra heavy metal 2.5 mm fire tray.
