Nappi Sauce® is a delicious sweet BBQ sauce on a natural basis with a hint of whiskey and a natural smoke aroma.
The sauce can be used for:
-Pork such as Spareribs & Pulled Pork
-Fish such as salmon or whitefish
-Chicken and various poultry
-Beef such as burgers & tenderloin
-or simply as a dipping sauce with chips
The sauce is nice and liquid and is ideal for coating various dishes on the BBQ.
Ingredients: water, sugar, tomato concentrate, vinegar, 4.7% Canadian Club® Whisky, modified corn starch, salt, MUSTARD SEEDS, malt vinegar (BARLEY), smoke flavoring, molasses, natural coloring: caramel, herbs and spices, ANCHOVY, tamarind extract, garlic, onion, natural flavors
