Rough Cooking Cutting Board 60 x 40 cm
The Rough Cooking cutting boards are handcrafted from good quality and locally sourced oak wood. Because the cutting board has a juice channel, the juices from your dish to be cut will never end up next to the cutting board.
Wood is very hygienic. Bacteria have no chance, because a grain closes itself again. This only happens when the wood remains well greased and does not dry out. To prevent this, each board is bathed in cutting board oil for 24 hours, and the cutting board should be rubbed regularly by the owner with this oil or a wood wax.
The cutting board also features non-slip rubbers, so the cutting board will stay in the same place and you can safely cut your vegetables and meat.
