OFYR Island Black 100 PRO
The OFYR Island Pro is the mobile version of the OFYR Island 100. The OFYR Pro is mounted on four swivel wheels and can therefore be moved easily. Certainly for use in the hospitality industry, this is very practical, but this is also ideal in your own garden.
As with the original version, the Island Pro is also equipped with a wooden cutting board for preparing ingredients, a practical holder for accessories and spices and a wood storage facility (± 0.4 m³ of wood) for storing firewood. In terms of functionality, the Pro is a complete outdoor kitchen with the unique OFYR design.

The beautiful design of the OFYR Pro makes it an incredibly versatile cooker. The conical fire bowl has a wide baking tray (read: plancha) that functions as a cooking surface. The heat radiates smoothly from the center, so that the hob has multiple cooking temperatures. Whether you bake eggs, cook vegetables or grill a tender steak, OFYR opens up a culinary world for you.
The 12 millimeter thick baking tray has a diameter of 100 cm. The plate is heated to around 300˚C via the wood fire in the fire bowl (coal is also possible but is less fun because it does not burn). Coat the plate with oil and bake. The cooking surface is very large: the plate with a diameter of 100 cm can easily cook for 50 people.
The OFYR Island Pro is equipped as standard with a cutting board made of thermal beech wood. However, you also have the option of choosing a ceramic stone in the color dark gray. The advantage of a ceramic stone is that you can leave the Pro outside all year round. You will have to store the wooden cutting board inside. You can easily indicate above what you prefer.
Easy to use and easy to clean
Unlike other barbecues, an OFYR is very easy to clean and requires almost no maintenance. Food scraps and excess oil end up directly in the fire. The baking tray is very easy to clean with a spatula because all the dirt is pushed into the fire. Then wipe it off with a damp cloth and the OFYR is ready for use again.
Made from beautiful corten steel
The OFYR Island Pro is made of sustainable corten steel and thus forms a wonderful combination with the many other OFYR accessories such as a Wood Storage Dresser or a Herb Garden Bench.
Characteristic of Corten steel is on the one hand the brown-orange rust color and on the other hand the long service life. The lifespan is so long because the first corrosion layer prevents further corrosion attack, so painting is superfluous and maintenance is therefore very low. The longer the Pro is used, the better it gets. Over time, the steel acquires a beautiful, natural patina layer.
Corten steel is also known as weather-resistant steel. This means that the OFYR Pro can remain outside in all weather conditions.
