The OFYR Horizontal skewer set is a variant of the traditional Brazilian BBQ. Instead of vertically, place the skewers horizontally on a steel holder above the fire.
The use of this set is easy. You place the stand on the OFYR baking tray. You then place the skewers supplied horizontally above the fire in the standard so that you grill your meat or fish slowly. This is not only a nice preparation method, it also looks very cozy. All you have to do is occasionally turn the skewers so that the dish cooks evenly on all sides.
