Maldon Sea Salt Flakes 250 grams
Maldon salt consists of beautiful pyramid-shaped crystals. These salt flakes have been mined in the family business since 1882 on the English coast near Maldon, in the county of Essex. The way of working has been virtually unchanged since then and is largely manual. The taste of Maldon salt is milder and finer than that of normal sea salt. It has the pure salty taste of the sea. You can crumble the salt between your fingers or leave it whole for an extra bite.
