Le Maître Smoker, a real multi-oven!
We have developed the Le Maître Smoker so that you can enjoy smoked meat or fish. But in addition, this multi-oven can do much more. In no time you transform the Le Maître Smoker from multi-oven to smoker, from smoker to bbq, from bbq to teppanyaki and then to a beautiful patio fireplace.

Smoke cabinet, the basis of the Le Maître Smoker
The smoke chamber of the Le Maître Smoker is located in the same room as the oven. The arrangement of the drawers remains identical. All you have to do is place the smoke mower on the drawer and slide the drawer over the fire into the oven. Due to the heat of the fire, the drawer gets hot and the smoke moth starts to smoke. The advantage of this separate smoke engine is that the fire continues to burn so that the temperature in the oven remains constant.
Oven, ideal for slow cooking
The oven of the Le Maître Smoker has an indirect heat source, ideal for slow cooking. The fire is easy to control because of the double air supply at the fire source. This is further perfected by the throttle valve located between the fire and the furnace. The valve allows you to influence the temperature that you can read on the temperature gauge. And through the water drawer in the oven the taste of your dish is preserved. For instead of extracting the moisture from your dish, the oven fills itself primarily with the moisture from this water drawer. After the slow cooking the teppanyaki, bbq or the smoking can start.
Tip: Keep the fire small because during slow cooking the temperature should not rise too high!
Teppanyaki, grilling on a baking tray (optional)
You can convert the Le Maître Smoker into the teppanyaki version in no time. Remove the lid, bring the fire and ash drawer to the second or third height position and place the teppanyaki plate above it. Wait until the teppanyaki plate is hot and you can enjoy a delicious teppanyaki meal. By keeping the fire on one side of the charcoal drawer, you can use the cooler side for the dishes that are (almost) ready.
BBQ, enjoy together
With a few steps you can turn the Le Maître Smoker into a perfect bbq: remove the lid, bring the fire and asparagus to the second or third height position and place the bbq grate above it. You can reduce the temperature by placing the fire tray further down.
Terrace fireplace, warmth and cosiness in an optimal atmosphere.
Place the fire and ash drawer in the lower position and your Le Maître Smoker can be used as an atmospheric patio fire. The fire is beautifully visible through the hardened glass plate. This way you can enjoy the delicious dinner that you have just eaten.
IRON BROWN or DARK BLACK?
The Le Maître Smoker is available in two variants: Iron Brown and Dark Black. Both variants are made of corten steel, recognizable by the orange-brown rust color. This rust layer is so dense that the underlying material does not rust further. After a while, the typical rust layer no longer gives off.
The Dark Black variant is treated with a heat-resistant coating, so that the classic look of the Le Maître Smoker is maintained. The Le Maître Smoker also has a handy compartment for storing accessories and drawers. The four swivel wheels ensure that the oven is easy to move.
