Lambert's Roasted Garlic BBQ Rub 12.5oz
This rub was made at the last minute to win the brisket on the American Royal World Series or BBQ! A great garlic and pepper flavor but with an excellent final balance. Try it on beef, fish, chicken and pork.
Use it in combination with the Sweet Sauce o Mine for proven world championship results!
Ingredients : Salt, dehydrated garlic and onion, spices such as chili pepper, cane sugar, bell pepper, mustard seed, disodium, inosinate and disodium guanylate, sodium diacetate, celery seed, caramel color, citric acid, natural flavoring, extracts of bell pepper (color) and no more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
